Captain Mike and Captain Cris were amazing. The experience and service were peaceful, respectful and beautiful. Captain Cris seemed to understand exactly the mood of my family, when to step in and when to give us space and he was so kind and empathetic. Captain Mike took care of the initial logistics and was straightforward, efficient and respectful. The whole experience could not have been better. I recommend them highly with no qualifications.
My Mothers farewell ceremony was exactly as she would have wanted.From my first phone call with Captain Michael Grimm, to the actual event everything and everyone, Captain Chris, URI (hostess), The videographer extraordinaire and the entire crew were compassionate, respectful and extremely professional.The attention to detail was outstanding.I know that my beloved mother, Vera was there watching from above filled with love and pride.Thank you for helping us honor our mother in such a beautiful, meaningful and memorable manner. 🙏🏻
Exceptional service! The event was planned in a very professional way and everything was very elegant. However, the most exceptional thing I noticed were Captain Cris skills to navigate the boat through the rough ocean waters the day of our service. Huge respect Captain Cris for your talent and expertise!!!!!

They treated our family with such kindness and respect as we said goodbye to my brother, Ralph.The captain played “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” while we released his ashes and placed colorful roses in the ocean — it was emotional, healing, and everything we hoped it would be. 🌈🌊They made a very difficult day feel peaceful and sacred. I hope that you have recovered from your recent illness and glad to hear that you have implemented policies to avoid future lack of response.I have tried numerous times to contact this company and not even a courtesy call or email response. So sad, that they can market such a caring, compassionate service and not follow through.
I am posting this review on behalf of my mother Janet —My Dad passed 6 years ago…. The instructions after Mom passed were to find a company and have their ashes poured into the ocean - together…. This was a daunting task while grieving my beloved parents- Google brought me to Captain Mike. I found him to be professional, extremely respectful, caring, and available to answer questions promptly via text (although I could have called). The process was so easy and stress-free.I’m so happy I added the video and roses…. It was a beautiful send off to Jersey’s cutest couple circa 1951. Thank you, Captain Mike. You’re an angel.

I decided to utilize Sea Burials since my mother had always wanted to have her ashes scattered at sea. I utilized Sea Burials who were very compassionate and I'm glad I chose them to carry out her wishes i was very pleased with Sea Burials.
